A In Stock At Supplier product is a product that is not currently physically at our warehouse in Perth, but is still
available from our distributors/manufacturers. When an order is placed, we will request the item from the relevant distributor, who will then ship it to
our warehouse in Perth. We will then ship the item to you as soon as it arrives at our Perth warehouse. It is NOT a dropship service.
For the most part, this means that the shipping of the product to you will take longer by about a week, compared to an In Stock item (Sometimes may take 2-3 weeks depending on item).
However, it could be worth the wait, as we've found some very rare items in the deepest and darkest corners of our distributors' warehouses. :D
Supply Quantities
In Stock At Supplier product quantities are subject to change without notice, and are driven by how much the distributor/supplier have in stock. However, we only put
items in the catalog we are confident the supplier has in stock.
In the event that the supplier runs out of stock after your order is placed, you will be given a full refund for any quantities that could not be fulfilled.
Cancellation
We do offer refunds for cancelling In Stock At Supplier product(s) with the following conditions:
You inform us that you wish to cancel an order within 3 days of placing the order.
A non-refundable 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee can be transferred as store credit.
If you wish to cancel an order after 3 days of placing the order, then the following will apply:
A non-refundable 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee cannot be transferred as store credit.
If the item has left our warehouse and has been shipped to you, then the rules for "Change of Mind" apply. Please refer to the "Change of Mind"
section in our Returns Policy page for details.

Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of a In Stock At Supplier order. The item will be added to your cart for checkout just like an In Stock item.
